Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Policy applies to all users of the Learnedze Labz platform, operated by Learnedze Networks Private Limited globally.

1. General Policy

1.1

Learnedze Labz provides cloud-based hands-on labs and live online training sessions accessible through a token-based system.

1.2

All token purchases are non-refundable, except as specifically outlined in this Policy.

1.3

Lab usage is charged on an hourly basis depending on the lab’s resource usage, and pricing may vary per lab for running or paused states.

2. Cancellation of Labs

2.1 Pausing a Lab

  • Users may pause a lab for a limited, specified duration only, as defined by the Platform.
  • When a lab is paused, users will be charged a reduced hourly rate, which varies per lab depending on resources allocated.
  • Pausing beyond the allowed duration may result in the lab being automatically resumed or deleted, and applicable charges will apply.

2.2 Deleting a Lab

  • Users may delete a lab at any time.
  • Upon deletion, no further charges apply, and no refunds will be issued for tokens already consumed.

3. Refunds

3.1 Token Purchases

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Learnedze Networks may consider refunds only in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion, but there is no obligation to provide any refund.

3.2 Platform Errors or Service Interruptions

If a lab or session is unavailable due to technical issues on the Platform, Learnedze Networks may offer compensatory tokens or extensions instead of monetary refunds, at its sole discretion.

3.3 Unauthorized Transactions

Refunds for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions are subject to investigation and verification. Learnedze Networks reserves the right to deny claims if sufficient evidence is not provided.

4. Modification of Policy

Learnedze Networks reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically. Continued use of Learnedze Labz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 Any disputes relating to cancellations or refunds will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through communication with Learnedze Networks support.

5.2 If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
