Welcome to Learnedze Labz. These terms govern your access to our experimental learning platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Learnedze Labz Portal available atlabz.learnedze.com ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Changes to Terms
Learnedze reserves the absolute and unilateral right to modify, update, amend, suspend, or discontinue these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, pricing, token models, subscription plans, lab configurations, features, or any part of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform is provided strictly for educational, training, testing, research, and non-production purposes. Labs, environments, and simulations may be unstable, incomplete, experimental, or subject to abrupt changes or termination.
Learnedze makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, performance, availability, continuity, or suitability for any commercial, production, or mission-critical use.
4. Software & Hardware Disclaimer
The Platform may use third-party, open-source, proprietary, experimental, licensed, or unlicensed software and hardware components. Learnedze does not warrant that all components are free from licensing, intellectual property, or export control risks.
5. User Responsibilities
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the Platform
- Not host illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful content
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
6. Accounts, Access, and Termination
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Learnedze reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion.
7. Tokens, Credits, and Payments
Important Notice:
All tokens, credits, prepaid balances, and lab usage fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Learnedze may modify token values, consumption rates, pricing models, or expiry conditions at any time. No refunds shall be provided for unused labs, paused labs, outages or early termination.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as cloud providers. Learnedze assumes no responsibility for third-party availability, security, performance, or data handling.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Data Collected
Personal data including name, email, IP address, usage logs, lab activity, and technical identifiers.
9.2 Use of Data
Account management, service delivery, security compliance, and platform improvement.
10. NO WARRANTY
Provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
Learnedze shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
